| Features and Benefits | Cellastim™ is well defined and animal-free recombinant human albumin (rHA).Designed for cell culture applications, Cellastim is a powerful media supplement that outperforms plasma-derived human albumin and bovine serum albumin. Cellastim delivers consistent performance compared to the variability associated with hydrolysates and extracts. Cellastim is ideally suited for use in cell culture media for Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO), hybridoma, VERO, stem cells and primary cells. Advantages: • Maximize cell growth and productivity • Well defined and consistent • Animal-free, regulatory friendly • Replaces and outperforms pHSA and BSA • Eliminates variability associated with hydrolysates and extracts CellastimTM outperforms BSA, HSA and other sources of recombinant albumin in promoting stem cell growth. It is more consistent than other animal-free products, performing similarly to FBS.
